Rangers Fever

Last night, we had a quick dinner at Chick-fil-a after work and then went down the road for some after dinner coffee at Starbucks before our full evening. John had Men's Group at church and I had lots of "to dos" to tend to on the homefront. While we were at Starbucks, we took the Rangers baseball schedule along with my calendar and penciled in about 6 games that we hope to go to this season. We went to a few games last year and they are OH SO FUN! We enjoyed them very much and if we lived closer to the ballpark, we would probably go to a lot more. We have a certain section we like to sit in and yummy food we always get (hot dogs, nachos, cokes and ice cream in mini batting helmets). The ballpark is beautiful and even more enjoyable in the night air. There's all sorts of neat things they do throughout the game as well. I could go on and on...but it's just plain F-U-N! Looking at the schedule and marking games on the calendar gave us RANGERS FEVER! We also try to watch all of the games on TV when were not able to go to the ballpark. Plus this year, we changed our cable service so John will be able to watch his beloved St. Louis Cardinals as well. Once baseball season begins, I may not see him again until October - only kidding! We enjoy the games together and baseball season is just a little over three weeks away. Before too long, it'll be in full swing!
