Here comes Parker Cottontail...Hoppin' Down the Bunny Trail
A couple of weeks ago, I took a few several pictures of Parker after church for Easter. He was already dressed and it was a beautiful day. Plus he's in love with the area behind our house and the Burden family's house next door. That's where he likes to go on nature walks...so any excuse to walk around that area is fine with him!
We had a lot of fun going on our nature walk that afternoon and I managed to capture some pretty cute pictures along the way. Be prepared to smile...
Let me interrupt for a moment an talk about these next three pictures. (it's fun to share and for document's sake).
Parker is really interested in orchestras lately. Since birth, he's loved music. I just know he's going to do something musical someday. As usual, I could ramble on and on about Parker and music, but let me focus on orchestra for now.
He's started talking about various instruments, the conductor and directing music. He and I have talked about going to see an orchestra sometime (maybe something geared toward children). I even took a picture of the orchestra and choir director at our Easter concert at church so he could see it since he was in the nursery. He has a keyboard that he got for his birthday and he'll play songs on it and then use a stick to direct the music as it plays - it's the cutest, funniest thing!
Well, back to our nature walk/photo shoot, Parker found a small stick and said "Mommy, this is my baton and I'm a conductor". This kid - he's something else. (so these next three pictures are "orchestra pictures" - ha!)
Just look at that sweet face! It's a shame he doesn't have a personality or a zest for life. This boy has fun doing just about anything - it's one of my favorite things about him.
Hippity Hoppity Easter's on it's way!
Until we meet again...

Now back to the rest of the adorable pictures (in my unbiased Mommy opinion).

What a sweetie! And with his bunny, I may be partial, but I think boys and their bunnies are the cutest!
